Before you order wallpaper
How many rolls you need
Measure the height of the wall and the total width you're covering, then check the roll size and the pattern repeat on the product page. A large repeat means more waste at the top and bottom of each drop, so allow an extra roll for a bold pattern, and another if you're working around windows and doors.
Order all your rolls together
Wallpaper is printed in batches and the shade can vary slightly from one batch to the next. Ordering every roll at once keeps them from the same batch, and it means you don't run short halfway through a room.
Paste the wall or paste the paper
Many modern wallpapers are paste-the-wall: you roll the paste onto the wall and hang the dry paper straight from the roll, which is quicker and cleaner.
